Accessibility
Accessibility Statement
We want every investor to be able to use FortyFive, including people who navigate with a keyboard, a screen reader or magnification.
Last reviewed against primary IRS sources: September 2026.
Our target
We aim to meet WCAG 2.2 Level AA across the marketplace, dashboard, calculator, assistant and submission flow.
What we do today
Accessibility is part of how the product is built, not an afterthought.
- Semantic landmarks and a single main region on every page.
- Labels on every form control, including filters and the submission form.
- Accessible names on icon-only controls such as save, close and gallery buttons.
- Keyboard operability and visible focus indicators throughout.
- Text and interface colors that meet AA contrast on our warm-white and charcoal palette.
- Status changes announced to assistive technology rather than shown by color alone.
Known limitations
Photographs supplied by owners and brokers may have generic alternative text until we review them. Long financial tables can require horizontal scrolling on very small screens. We are working on both.
Report a barrier
If something on FortyFive is hard or impossible to use, tell us what page you were on and what happened, and we will respond and prioritize a fix. We treat accessibility reports as product defects.
