How we use it
To provide the free Exchange Check, workspace, document extraction, Exchange Review, PDF report, billing and account security.
We do not sell your personal information.
Security and access
Exchange details and documents use account-scoped access controls. Uploaded files are private and accessed through short-lived links. Authorized administrators may access them only for support, security and service operation.
Your choices
You can delete individual Review documents from the Review page and request account deletion by contacting us. Review documents are scheduled for deletion 90 days after upload, subject to technical processing and records we must retain for legal, fraud-prevention or accounting purposes.
Third parties
We use service providers for hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, AI-assisted extraction and email delivery. Uploaded document content may be sent to an AI service solely to extract candidate values; you must review and confirm those values before analysis. Do not upload Social Security numbers, bank-account numbers or unrelated personal information.
