The FortyFive Exchange Review is a one-time $249 purchase, not a recurring subscription.

One-time purchase

Purchasing an Exchange Review authorizes a single $249 charge. There is no automatic renewal. You can review and confirm extracted values before generating the final report.

Refunds

Because automated processing and private document services begin after payment, completed Reviews are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, received a duplicate charge or the Review could not be delivered because of a service failure, contact us and we will review the request in good faith.

Free features

The Exchange Check and educational 1031 content are free and require no payment or account.

Billing questions

Payments are processed by our payment provider. Contact us with the date and amount of the charge and we will help resolve it.
